Anastasia advises Russian and international companies on various aspects of Russian civil law, including commercial, insurance and intellectual property law.

She has experience in participating in legal due diligence of a number of large companies and in drafting of various types of commercial agreements (supply, service, licensing agreements and others).

Anastasia is involved in dispute resolution work, in particular, in preparation and submission of procedural documents both to state courts of the Russian Federation at all levels, and to arbitration courts. She also participates in court hearings.
