What We’re Looking For

A motivated, proactive, and results-oriented legal professional with a strong academic foundation and a demonstrated track record in the UAE legal landscape.

Core Areas of Expertise

Corporate International Law including UAE

• Deep knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company laws, particularly ADGM, DIFC, and major free zones across the Emirates.
• Proven experience in:
• Company formations
• Corporate restructuring
• Governance frameworks
• Shareholder agreements and structuring

Regulatory & Licensing Frameworks

• Understanding of licensing regimes and regulatory bodies such as DFSA, FSRA, VARA, and relevant federal/local authorities.
• Experience advising clients on compliance in both regulated and non-regulated sectors.

Key Soft Skills

• Strong business acumen with a client-development focus
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Languages:
• English: Fluent (required)
• Arabic and/or Russian: Advantageous
